In your role you will:

• Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
• Ask questions to determine the type of bike a customer needs
• Answer questions regarding available inventory
• Inventory control
• Learn details of all merchandise
• Research new bike technology to better handle customer requests
• Perform general store maintenance, cleaning and administrative duties
• Arrange ‘test drives’ for customers before they buy
• Help customers with new bike, gear sales and service.
• Building relationships to ensure future business
• Handle online sales requirements
• Hosting and planning riding events
• Ad-Hoc task assigns by supervisor or manager

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 year of sales experience is preferred
• Excellent people and communication skills
• O-Level/ITE and above
• Passion about new bike technology is preferred but not necessary
• Team player, positive thinking and “Can Do!” attitude
• Can adapt to fast changing environment
