The Direto XR enters a new era with Zwift Cog and Click integration.
This new Zwift Ready version of the Direto XR series removes the cassette with the pre-installed Zwift Cog, ensuring an immediate setup and extensive compatibility with all bikes that have 8 to 12-speed transmissions.
With the Zwift Click, Zwift's controller, you can change virtually and adjust the resistance of the smart trainer, simulating shifts with 24 virtual gears.
The Zwift system not only guarantees a smooth and quiet ride, but it’s also ready to use, making your training experience easier than ever with an immediate setup, perfect for those who have multiple bikes with different-speed cassettes.
Among the most iconic smart trainers from Elite, the Direto XR with Zwift Cog and Click stands out as the most advanced trainer in the series, featuring high-level functionalities such as the integrated power meter that allows for power measurement with an accuracy of ±1.5%.
This trainer also features increasingly stable power data in ERG mode, four different Power Smoothing options for power data display (available on My E-Training), "Easy Start" to facilitate interval resumption, responsive Supertuck on Zwift, and Bridge functions for heart rate monitors and cadence sensors.

- Zwift Cog and Click
The integrated Zwift Cog and Click system replaces the cassette on the smart trainer with a single sprocket. With the Zwift Clicks, you can still shift 24 virtual gears on the handlebars. Eliminating the mechanical gears makes your indoor training even quieter and reduces wear and tear. Another advantage is the compatibility of the system with several bikes with different drivetrains, without having to readjust the derailleurs.
- Accelerated data transmission at 10 Hz
This means that the reading frequency for power, speed and cadence data from the exercise bike is up to ten times faster than before, ensuring immediate synchronization of the data with the training software.
- Integrated OTS (Optical Torque Sensor) power meter
The OTS power meter determines your power with an accuracy of +/- 1.5%. The Direto pedal analysis option (available as an in-app purchase) measures the force during the entire pedal movement and determines the force exerted at 24 points. You can use this data to identify any imbalances and optimize your pedalling.
- Simulation of inclines up to 24%
Depending on your body weight, the Direto XR can simulate gradients of up to 24%. 1100 watts of power can be used at the highest resistance at a speed of 20 km/h, or 2300 watts at 40 km/h. - ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth compatible
Using the Bluetooth and ANT+ FE-C (Fitness Equipment Control) transmission protocol, the Direto can not only send power, cadence and speed data to end devices, it can also be controlled by smartphones, tablets and compatible bike computers. This means you can adjust the resistance manually at any time, or the resistance is adjusted in real time by the app used according to the elevation profile or your training specifications.
- Direct Drive
In contrast to roller trainers with a clamped rear wheel, direct power transmission via the chain ensures perfect power transfer. Especially when changing speed or training with a low cadence, the Direto can exploit its design advantage by ensuring direct power transmission under all conditions.
- Practical and easy to use
With its wide base, the Direto provides a stable platform even when pedaling hard. After the training session, it can be quickly folded up and stowed away to save space, while an integrated carrying handle makes it easy to transport.
- Road bike and mountain bike compatible
The Direto is compatible with road bikes and mountain bikes with 5x130/135 mm quick release and 12x142 mm thru axle thanks to the adapters included in the scope of delivery. An adapter for 12x148 mm BOOST thru axles is available as an option.
- Elite Travelblock
The Elite Travelblock included in the scope of delivery ensures that your bike stands securely and compensates for the height difference for mounting the rear triangle. The Travelblock is suitable for MTB and road bike tires.
