    We are happy to assist you with returning or exchanging your purchase if it arrives *defective or damaged. Please see the following product return terms for details:

    + What Criteria Can We Meet And Cannot Meet For Returning Or Receiving A Refund?

    What Are The Requirements For Returning And Receiving A Refund?

    • You must submit a return within 7 days after receiving the product.
    • *All products are in original conditions, packaging, tags intact, unworn, unwashed, & unused.
    • You are required to create an unboxing video after receiving the product (from the beginning of opening the package without stopping/pausing the video).
    • Without an unboxing video, product complaints will not be processed.
    • The product that you received are wrong, damaged/faulty product, not in complete condition or doesn't match with description.
    • You want to change the size (applicable for shoes only & while stock last).
    • Balance top-up is required for product replacement with higher price, while the remaining credit for a lower price can be converted to another product of your choice. 
    • Please note that exchanges are only applicable once per purchase.
    • If you purchase products using Home Delivery and ask for a self-collect, then the delivery fee isn't refundable.

    What Circumstances That We Can’t Assist To Return/Exchange And Receiving A Refund Your Item?

    • You're changing your consideration on the item.
    • Product that isn't compatible with your bike is not refundable but we're happy to exchange it for another product.
    • For hygiene reason, jersey, glove, sock, and cycling pants products can’t be returned or exchanged.

    + How Can I Return An Item I Purchased?

    • Contact Rodalink Customer Care by mentioning the order number with picture of the product & detail reason of the return or exchange within 7 days after you receive the product.
    • If the return/exchange happens because of your request, you may return the product to the chosen store by yourself using any kind of method that you wish (locate the closest Rodalink store here). However, if this return/exchange occurs due to some errors on the products received, we will arrange the courier for the collection/exchange and not charging you for the courier fee.

    + When Do I Receive The Return, Exchange, Or Refund Of The Product I Purchased?

    • Please allow us 7 days (bike accessories) or 14 days (bike) for exchange after we received your returned product.
    • Please allow us 14 days for refund after we received your returned product. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
